What is Yuva Sangam Employment Fair?
This is a mega job fair, in which youth and employers (companies) are connected on one platform with the participation of Madhya Pradesh Government and District Administration.
Here companies will conduct on-the-spot interviews and eligible candidates will get the opportunity to get a job offer (joining letter).
The fair will offer online registration, walk-in (on-site) registration, and on-location interviews.

Online Registration
- Advance online registration facility for both companies and youth
- This will pre-register the individual CV/profile.
Walk-in Registration
- Those who have not registered online can do walk-in registration at the venue and directly attend the interview.
On-location Company Interviews
- Companies participating in the fair will conduct interviews (on-site).
- The process of document verification and selection will be completed directly during the fair.
Document Verification
- Applicants' original and photocopied documents will be verified before the interview.
- Educational certificate
- Identity card
- Passport size photographs etc.
Immediate Selection / Offer Letter/LOI
- Selected candidates may be given on the spot joining offer letter or instructions for further recruitment process.

- The fair will be organised as per the employment fair policies and guidelines of the Madhya Pradesh Government so that the selection process is transparent and fair.
Online Registration (For Companies)
- Companies must register their profile, vacancies, recruitment details and interview slots online in advance.
- Selected companies will receive information and permission to set up stalls/interview booths at the fair.
Documents and preparation
- Bring photocopies and original certificates (like 10th/12th marksheet, ITI or degree certificate, Aadhar card, passport-size photographs, etc.)
- Arrive on time, dressed neatly and professionally.
- Carry a hard copy and electronic copy of an updated CV or resume.
Online Registration (For Youth)
- Interested candidates have to submit their personal details, educational qualification, CV or Biodata, Identity Proof etc. online.
- After registration a “Hall Ticket” or Admission Certificate has to be downloaded, which is required to be carried to the fair.
Walk-in registration
- If you have not registered online, you can register yourself by visiting the registration counter at the venue on the day of the fair.
- The process of photo, document verification, entry tag etc. will be completed at the registration centre.
